COFFEE CORNER

Carve Surf & Coffee (“Carve”) was created by two local girls, Cate and Kim, who had the desire to open a store that reflects their own active lifestyles and love for the ocean. Their passion for coffee came from early morning dawn patrols and their unwavering love for a perfectly crafted cup of specialty coffee.

Carve’s coffee bar includes espresso-based drinks & single origin coffees from Miami-based Panther Coffee, organic teas, and an assortment of baked goods, including vegan options.

Recognizing a need in local surf shops for both sustainable products and the opportunity to experiment with surfboards, Carve sells eco-friendly surf accessories and offers a surf club membership. The club quiver includes a variety of unique & custom surfboards made by local shapers and certified by Sustainable Surf as ECOBOARDS.

After enjoying their drinks, the girls grab surfboards from their club lineup that suit the wave conditions of the day and head out to a local break. They hope to see you out there too!

Cate and Kim are adamant about being properly fueled up before a surf session and shared their two favorite drinks with us:

Peppermint Mocha Latte
“I always drink my coffee hot, especially around the holidays when I look for something comforting. Our Peppermint Mocha is made with Laird Superfood Creamer Peppermint Mocha powder, a little bit of our house-made mocha syrup, two shots of espresso, and steamed oat milk. The result is a creamy holiday treat that isn’t too sweet and gets you ready for a solid surf session.” – Kim

Iced Coral Cappuccino
“I like this drink because it’s a twist on a classic that also gives back to a good cause. The Coral Cappuccino is made with two shots of espresso melted over honey and cinnamon and shaken with oat milk over ice. A portion of the proceeds goes towards The Reef Institute, a West Palm Beach-based nonprofit focused on coral restoration, education and research.” – Cate
