HOLIDAY RECIPES – CITRUS ROASTED CARROTS

2 Pounds Organic Carrots
2 Tablespoons EV Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Orange Blossom Honey
1 small Orange, zested and juiced
Preheat oven to 400.
Wash and peel the carrots, toss in half of the orange zest and juice and 2 tablespoons of the honey and the olive oil, Roast for 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
Remove from oven and toss with remaining orange zest, juice, and honey.
