CRANBERRY CROSTINI

1 Demi Baguette – sliced into 1/4 inch slices
2 Tablespoons Softened Unsalted Butter
1 Herb & Garlic Boursin Cheese
1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives

 

Preheat oven to 375
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush sliced baguette with the butter and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, let the slices cool and spread with the Boursin cheese and top with a teaspoon of the cranberry sauce, garnish with the chopped chives
