As one chef introduces a new concept, another grows into a new location.

Chef and Restauranter Julien Gremaud, of Avocado Grill in West Palm Beach and Avocado Cantina in Palm Beach Gardens, brought a new concept to the Dixie corridor in December. Pink Steak opened its doors to a swirl of anticipation just before Christmas, with a weekend dinner reservation still hard to come by weeks into the new year. 

The swanky Miami-inspired steakhouse is transportive with its dimly lit dining room centered around a towering golden flamingo statue. The atmosphere is sexy and intimate yet energetic. Pops of pink brighten the space through flamingo wall murals and table linens while shades of greens from the foliage and stemmed glassware bring rich jewel tones. The aesthetic is a far cry from the typical masculine design seen in similar establishments, breathing life into the space and inviting a wide range of diners.

The steaks take center stage with a variety of cuts to choose from ranging from a classic Filet Mignon to an eye catching Tomahawk to a more decadent A5 Wagyu. Guests can amp up the flavor with sauces like their black garlic chimichurri and truffle hollandaise or add an accompaniment like broiled lobster tail or seared foie gras. Shareable sides include fresh black truffle fries, creamed spinach, and roasted cauliflower, among others. Non-steak lovers can choose from a selection of entrees including the Vegetable Wellington, Seared Salmon, and Maine Lobster Risotto. The sushi menu is a treat of its own with inventive rolls like the Pink Steak Roll and Two Step Tuna featuring spicy tuna and tuna sashimi. 

The restaurant buzzes with an open concept kitchen and servers looking the part in smart uniforms complete with straw hats. Craft cocktails raise for a cheers while tables are filled with indulgent seafood platters of oysters, shellfish, jumbo lump crab, tuna cones, and sushi rolls. Caviar service is also available.
