PATRIOTIC SUMMER BERRY SALAD

INGREDIENTS
1 Pint Blueberries
2 Pint Strawberries
1 Tablespoon Simple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
2 Tablespoons chopped Mint Leaves
2 Ounces Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
2 Ounces of Grand Marnier
PREPARATION
Step 1 – Blend orange juice, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, and orange zest.
Step 2 – Gently toss with mint and berries.
Step 3 – Garnish with mint sprig.
