S’MORES PIE

INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST
1 12 Inch Tart pan with removable bottom
½ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ Cup Sugar
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
PREPARATION
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients, press into tart pan to form the crust
TOPPING
8 Ounces of Mini Marshmallows, brown with a torch
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
3 Heaping Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1/2 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
3 Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter, Melted
Preparation
Step 1 – Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2 – Mix cocoa, sugar, eggs & vanilla together
Step 3 – Melt butter and add chocolate chips, stir until chips are melted and add to dry ingredients
Step 4 – Pour into Graham Cracker crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Step 5 – Cool for 1-2 hours until set, remove from pan, top with mini marshmallows, and torch until golden brown
